SUMMARY:First Workshop on Implementation of and Compliance with International Commercial Law Treaties
DESCRIPTION:The First Workshop on the Implementation of and Compliance with the International Commercial Law Treaties Project (the “Treaty Project“) will be held at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law\, University of Cambridge\, and online via Zoom on 21 and 22 January 2025. \nThe Treaty Project operates under the Cape Town Convention Academic Project (CTCAP)\, a joint initiative of UNIDROIT and the University of Cambridge\, with the Aviation Working Group as its Founding Sponsor. The project receives support from the UNIDROIT Foundation and Aviareto\, with the Foundation providing organisational and secretarial support. \nThe purpose of the Treaty Project is to offer guidance to facilitate implementation and compliance in relation to international commercial law treaties.
